“4.000 settimane” di Oliver Burkeman è un libro che ci costringe a riflettere sul tempo limitato che abbiamo a disposizione. Se viviamo fino a 80 anni, abbiamo solo 4.000 settimane. Questo numero può sembrare sorprendente e, per molti di noi, fa emergere una serie di domande su come utilizziamo il nostro tempo. Burkeman ci invita a riconsiderare la nostra relazione con il tempo e a trovare modi per vivere la vita al massimo.
